  • Duplicate payment due to technical or billing errors.

  • Unsatisfactory service, where issues have been reported within 7 days of delivery and we are unable to resolve them despite reasonable efforts.

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Client changes mind after the project has started or services have been rendered.

  • Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication or missing inputs.

  • Custom software or development services that have already been delivered and approved.

  • Services purchased on promotional or discounted pricing.

  • Project or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
